Payroll Administrator
Full‑time permanent position reporting to the Payroll Supervisor. The role supports the payroll team with data entry, reporting, filing, and administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Data entry and input of verified payroll information, on new hires, and employee status changes.
- Assist with responding to employee inquiries on payroll related issues.
- Assist in preparation reports.
- Filing and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Working towards PCP designation strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in a payroll department is an asset.
- Experience with ADP products an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in English required and French a considerable asset.
- Computer skills required.
- Planning, organization, attention to detail, analysis and decision making skills required.
