• Design Strategy
• Define and own the design vision and strategy for our payment products.
• Establish UX/UI design best practices that balance business goals, user needs, and compliance requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers and UX researchers.

• User-Centered Design Execution
• Drive end-to-end product design from discovery, journey mapping, and prototyping to detailed UI specifications.
• Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights to improve product flows and reduce friction.
• Create design systems and patterns for consistency across channels (app, web).

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
