            Job Responsibilities  Maintain and update payment-related websites. 
Upload documents, notices, and materials to payment websites when requested. 
Draft website content for approval by management/officers. 
Review and reconcile monthly SWIFT invoices against company records. 
Prepare and present invoice reconciliation reports. 
Monitor outstanding tasks and send reminders to relevant departments. 
Review membership categories of MEPS+ participants to ensure correct annual fee billing. 
Obtain banking license information from internal systems. 
Compare participant license types with MEPS+ membership categories. 
Prepare and submit reconciliation findings through the document management workflow system (DMS). 
Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities related to payment systems.
