Hays Accountancy & Finance are recruiting for a Payment Operations Analyst / Accounts Payable Administrator to join a busy finance team in Bradford on an initial 3-month temporary contract, with the potential for extension.
This role is ideal for an experienced Accounts Payable professional who enjoys a varied workload across invoice processing, expenses, reconciliations and stakeholder support.
Key Responsibilities
Processing supplier invoices and supporting payment runs
Managing employee expenses and travel & entertainment (T&E) claims
Completing supplier, credit card and account reconciliations
Handling basic supplier and internal finance queries
Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
Producing reports and maintaining records using Oracle and Excel
