Western Behavioral Health is in search of a Patient Services Representative to join our practice in Wexford. This position will support behavioral health treatment services of multiple Child departments as well as Adult population utilizing various service delivery models.

Our Patient Services Representative greets patients, promotes user-friendly technology, explains and collects payments, schedules follow-up care, updates patient and insurance information, and connects patients to financial resources when needed. They provide strong customer service to ensure a positive patient experience across all UPMC care settings.
