Job Description & Requirements We are now looking for aPatient Service Officer to be part of the team atFarrer Park andNgee Ann City
The successful candidate will be performing the following duties, but not limited to:
- Perform registration: key in patients’ data and register in the system.
- Generate bill estimation form.
- Advise patients on Medisave / medishield / private shield / corporate guarantees and to obtain signatures on the relevant forms.
- Follow up with doctors or clinic staff on completing the information required.
- Providing advice on pre and post-procedure care
- Following up with patients post-procedure
- Assisting the doctor during consultations, surgical, medical, and aesthetic procedures
