Working Hours - Weekday: 630am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday – Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)

- 44 hours per work week
As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for performing tasks related to patient care and administrative duties. Your area of responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following:
- Greet and register patients
- Schedule patient appointment
- Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
- Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
