Overview We are looking for Patient Service Associates to deliver excellent service for patients who visit our Specialist Outpatient Clinic.
Responsibilities - Register patients for visits to the Specialist Outpatient Clinic: schedule appointments and assist patients to coordinate multiple appointments.
- Perform billing processes, including payment collection, manage cash float and encourage patients to sign up for cashless payment.
- Provide financial counseling, explain charges and assist patients with various finance schemes available; assist doctor during consultation (e.g., chaperone, translation, etc.).
- Prepare patients for physical examination and take patient’s height and weight.
- Support doctors in teleconsultation: equipment setup, coordinate with patients, etc.
Requirements - Minimum GCE O Level; preferably 1-year experience in customer‐related/front desk service.
