Handle admission, discharge and transferring of patients into wards, which includes creating and maintaining proper personal records of patients without compromising any data and safety breaches.
Making internal and external appointments for patients as per ordered by doctors.
Ensure wards operational and procedural area readiness based on desired service standards.
Provide basic financial counselling to patient and next-of-kin when requested.
Manage stock inventory within the assigned ward.
Provide chaperone assistance to doctors / nurses and prepare consultation documents.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office), handling multiple systems such as SAP will be an advantage.
