**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**Patient Disability Advisor is responsible for conducting eligibility screenings, assessment of patient financial requirements, filing applications, filing appeals and reviewing medical records. The Patient Disability Advisor is a liaison between the patient, hospital, and governmental agencies and is involved in all case management areas. The Patient Disability Advisor will be a specialized individual who will maintain a work queue which strictly is related to disabled patients.**
