The Patient Care Technician on the G10E Gynecologic/Radiation unit at MD Anderson Cancer Center provides patient care services as assigned by a registered nurse and directly impacts patient comfort and outcome of care.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a CNA certification and at least one year of patient care experience in an acute care hospital setting. The candidate must be available to work three 12-hour shifts each week, with rotating weekends and holidays required. Day/Evening shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm.
The Inpatient G10East Gynecologic/Radiation Unit is a 25 bed unit with our faculty and nursing team treating and providing nursing care management to all types of surgical and radiation oncology inpatient patients.
