**Responsibilities***

+ Perform ADLs
+ Trach suctioning and urinary catheter
+ Monitor patient status, record and document vital signs, I?s & O?s, blood sugars, and reporting any outside parameters to nurses.
+ Stock and maintain inventory of specialized areas.
+ Transport patients to and from designated locations.
+ Assist with admitting and discharge procedures.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned
