Responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent customer experience to each patient.
- Ensure that every call, email, and meeting leaves patients happy.
- Engage with patients and build a connection to keep them excited about their journey to a perfect smile.
- Provide excellent customer service through video, audio, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and live chat.
- Make calls, book and confirm appointments, and follow up with patients.
- Explain our product and guide customers through the process and timelines.
- Clarify requirements and help patients complete documentation as needed.
- Proactively recognize and report trends and potential weaknesses.
- Contribute to the improvement of products and processes.
- Create solutions to enhance the customer journey.
