**UW Medicine Montlake- Surgical Specialties/ Thoracic Surgery Specialties** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Patient Care Coordinator.**

**WORK SCHEDULE**

+ Full-time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week)

+ Mondays- Fridays/ 8:00am- 4:30pm

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Uses ability to triage medical information in the Thoracic Surgery department within Surgical Specialties to a variety of Health Care Professionals using effective oral and written communication
+ Works independently under the general direction of a physician or their designee
+ Coordinate pre- and post-surgery diagnostic procedures, tests, and follow-up patient appointments
