Kelowna General Hospital in beautiful Kelowna, B.C. is seeking a motivated and highly organized permanent full‑time Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join and lead our agile Hemodialysis team. This role is central to supporting specialized kidney care services, and we are specifically looking for candidates with a Nephrology Nursing Certificate. This position works rotating days from 07:00 to 15:00.

Responsibilities

• The PCC practices in accordance with the standards of professional practice and code of ethics as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) and within a patient- and family-centered care model.
• The PCC is responsible for the coordination of day-to-day operations and quality patient care within designated clinical area(s).
• This position supports the seamless movement of patients through the healthcare system and in accessing appropriate resources.
