About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Patient Care Assistant to enhance the patient experience within our Cardiology Outpatient Clinic. Working closely with Registered Nurses and Health Professionals, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient, patient‑centred outpatient services. Your contribution will directly support the smooth running of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front desk reception services by verifying patient contact details, ensuring clinical staff are promptly informed of patient arrivals, and accurately registering patients in the iPM system.
