At Virginia Heart, we are looking for a professional Patient Account Representative - Self Pay who will be responsible for following up with patients regarding past due balances to collect payment for services rendered. This would involve setting up payment plans and processing payments via various methods and systems. May require discussion with patients or their representatives about Virginia Heart’s internal charity program and the INOVA charity program.
