**Job Highlights:**

PRN = filling in as needed, varying hours from 0-40 hours each week. Minimum commitment is 8 hours a pay-period (two weeks span).

Day shift hours example 8-430, 830-5, 9-530

Front line to referral processing, receiving incoming referral requests (could be information and/or orders), Collecting and inputting patient information (demographics, insurance, order etc.) into EPIC and Hand off to nurse for eligibility review.

**Job Summary:**

Responsible for communicating with patients, participants and staff to accurately schedule patients for prescribed procedures and gather the necessary demographic, insurance and clinical information for the procedure.
