**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**As the Patient Access Director (Hospital Based), you are responsible for the daily operations of all functions and serve as the liaison between the Shared Services Center (SSC) and the facility. You will integrate the department’s services with the hospital’s primary functions, develop/implement policies and procedures that guide or support service, assess and improve department performance, and ensure orientation and continuing education of departmental staff.
