Ballad Health Academy Pathway Registered Nurse position will be responsible for helping to ensure the clinical success of students who enter Ballad Health Academy. This will involve leading the education of Academy students in the clinical setting within Ballad hospitals and clinics, as well as, instructing clinical courses at the local high schools.
A. The Pathway Registered Nurse must be comfortable working with youth grades 4-12 and their parents. Some exposure to teaching children is needed.
B. The Pathway Registered Nurse should be student centered with a focus on advising students throughout the clinical requirements to become a CNA and an LPN.
