Summary The Patient Access/Financial Counseling Supervisor is responsible for supervising and directing all activities related to Guest Services, Registration, and Financial Counseling services. As requested, supervises all activities as it relates to the above areas in the absence of the Director Patient Access or Patient Access Manager. Responsible for possessing expert knowledge in financial counseling and registration workflows. Responsible for POS (point of service) collections and communication with our patients regarding financial assistance. Evaluates department for effective and efficient utilization of staff and resources. Assures proper and economical use of equipment, supplies, and facilities. Responsible to broaden knowledge and promote the growth of staff and improve quality. Adheres to service excellence standards and the PH Standards of Behavior.
