We are hiring a talented and detailoriented Pastry Senior CDP to take charge of a specific area within the pastry section. You will play a key role in production quality control and mentoring junior staff ensuring every item reflects creativity consistency and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a pastry station and ensure smooth timely production of desserts and baked items.
- Prepare and plate highquality pastries according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist in training and supervising pastry commis and junior CDPs.
- Maintain stock levels handle mise en place and manage section prep.
- Ensure cleanliness hygiene and HACCP compliance at all times.
- Collaborate with the Pastry Sous Chef and Pastry Chef on new menu items and improvements.
- Uphold consistency in taste texture and presentation under pressure.
