We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. In this hands-on role, you will lead by example, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in all pastry products served. The day to day:

• You’ll lead by example as a hands on Pastry Cook ensuring the quality and consistency of all products served.
• You strive or accuracy and consistency ensuring that all desserts are prepared to the standards as set out by the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine
• You’re able  to maintaining accurate records of all food ingredients for pastry
• You’re a stickler for detail ensuring all menu items have their recipes recorded, costs tallied and updated on an ongoing basis
