We are now seeking a permanent Pastoral Tutor to join our dedicated team and play a central role in guiding students throughout their sixth form journey. In this role, you will deliver weekly group tutorials and one to one sessions that help learners set goals, stay motivated, and overcome personal or academic challenges. Working closely with teaching and support staff, you will monitor attendance, identify students who may be at risk, and ensure they receive timely and effective support.
