            Job Responsibilities  Support student management and development programmes within the school 
Handle and investigate student behavioural and disciplinary cases 
Guide and coach students with behavioural or peer-relationship issues 
Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support students 
Supervise students during detention, suspension, and other development programmes 
Maintain proper documentation and case records 
Provide operational and administrative support as required by school leaders 
 Requirements  Minimum Diploma qualification 
At least 3 years of experience working with youths, preferably in education or social service settings 
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills 
Calm, patient, and passionate in mentoring students 
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
