Title: Parts and Service Representative

Location: Kenworth Mirabel or Saint‑Jérôme, Quebec, Canada
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
Salary: Base 60k CAD plus commission

Responsibilities

• Promote products and services to assigned clients in the Laurentians.
• Maintain constant liaison with customers and actively seek new customers.
• Transmit customer orders to Parts Advisors and Service Writers.
• Transmit necessary information and supporting documents for warranty part returns and related matters.
• Assist the Parts and Service Director in evaluating customers’ purchasing potential and developing promotions.
• Collaborate with the Parts and Service Director and other departments on market, customer and competition information.
• Share new customer information with the Credit department for opening and collection of client accounts....
