Minimise stock obsolescence in Ingham warehouse stock by regularly monitoring stock, advising repatriation and disposal, and recommending action to reduce potential loss.
Utilise the Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) to locate part numbers.
Answering questions and fulfilling part orders for our customers at parts counter
Working with service advisors & technicians to provide required parts for service repair orders.
Verify parts deliveries from distributors/suppliers by matching them with the invoice.
Prepare Monthly returns to distributors/suppliers.
Stay up to date and current with all training offered by distributors Mercedes-Benz.
