Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with 200+ merchants and partners under the PAssion scheme
  • Provide daily account servicing and support , ensuring issues are resolved quickly
  • Act as a liaison between merchants and internal teams for smooth coordination
  • Support merchant recruitment, onboarding, and retention (approx. 15% refresh yearly)
  • Track merchant pipeline, leads, and agreements to ensure timely follow-up
  • Ensure compliance with governance and contract terms
  • Support execution of 8+ annual campaigns (e.g. promotions, newsletters, events)
  • Coordinate 120+ merchant promotions across campaigns
Requirements Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
