Independently manage a Trusts & Estates Litigation caseload from inception through resolution.

Take and/or defend depositions.

Appear in court and at hearings.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, and related submissions.

Conduct legal research.

Supervise and mentor a team of associates and paralegals.

Trusts & Estates Litigation,Depositions,Court Appearances,Legal Research,Pleadings Drafting,Mentoring

10+ years of sophisticated Trusts & Estates Litigation experience.

Significant Surrogate's Court experience.

Experience with estate administration, including estate tax matters, is a plus.

Trial experience preferred.

Supervisory experience required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Strong work ethic.
