We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Partner Support Specialist to be the front line for our global partners. In this critical role, you will ensure our partners have seamless operations and quickly resolve any hurdles they face.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for technical and operational issues, triaging and managing Tier 1/2 support tickets.
Resolve Tier 1 issues and appropriately escalated Tier 2 or more complex problems to the relevant internal teams.
Administer license and configuration tasks, including processing license adjustments, managing product entitlements, and updating system configurations to ensure correct partner access.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve product functionality and operational workflow issues through cross‑functional collaboration.
