Role Summary
Team members are responsible for creating Raving Fans. Their responsibilities include:
Execute operational excellence– Develop trust with guests through meeting the Quality requirements all day every day.
Deliver 2ndMile Service– Ensure guests feel cared for by going above and beyond expectations.
Activate Emotional Connections– Strengthen relationships with guests and the community.
Must obtain Food Handlers Certificate within the first 5 days of employment.
