NOVA8 is supporting a scaling technology company in Kuala Lumpur, seeking a Senior Employment Counsel to provide flexible legal support across various employment and industrial relations matters. This role offers exposure to traditional employment issues as well as dynamic gig economy challenges.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of post-qualification experience in employment law, capable of managing both contentious and non-contentious issues independently. A part-time or fractional arrangement is available.
