Responsibilities


+ Support day-to-day guest services operations by assisting with rent collection, payment reminders, and documenting received payments

+ Respond to guest and resident inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and timely manner

+ Assist with check-in/check-out coordination and address routine guest concerns

+ Maintain accurate records and update the property management system as needed

+ Conduct periodic walkthroughs to ensure common areas meet standards

+ Partner with the relocation team to contact residents through written and verbal communication, driving timely submission of required documents
