Part Time Job at Penang

We are conducting an Automotive Mystery Shopping Project starting from January 2023. The role involves evaluating products and services at selected retail stores, dealerships, or outlets on behalf of the company.

Responsibilities

The mystery shopper will work part‑time, dedicating 1–2 hours per assignment. Tasks include:

• Performing visits from Monday to Friday between 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM.
• Assessing the quality of customer service and product presentation.
• Collecting and recording observations and relevant details.
• Briefed by the company prior to each assignment.

Qualifications

• 28 years old and above
• Malaysian citizen
• Must have a valid driving licence
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Excel
• Owns a phone with a camera and audio recording capability
