Major Duties

: (a) To provide technical support in the installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of computers and servers; (b) To provide IT help-desk service, technical support to both staff and students; and (c) To assist in the inventory control of relevant equipment, software licenses and consumables. Requirements: (a) A relevant recognised Diploma or Higher Certificate or equivalent; (b) At least 2 years’ relevant work experience; (c) Good knowledge of operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software and networking; (d) Ability to work independently and be a good team player; (e) Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese; and (f) Candidates with knowledge / skills in one or more of the following areas would be preferable: (i) Operating and maintaining computer systems and services on Linux and Windows platforms; (ii) Monitoring computer facilities and network; and (iii) Pro...
