Job Responsibilities
Collect and review supporting documents.
Generate and process invoices and payments.
Perform administrative duties assigned by the Admin Manager.
Conduct data entry for accounting transactions.
Prepare bank reconciliations.
Process accruals and journal adjustments.
Prepare monthly financial statements for submission to the School Management Committee (SMC).
Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
Requirements
GCE 'O' Level or higher qualification.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administration and bookkeeping.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
Prior experience working in a school environment will be an advantage.
