What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing support to banking queries from stores and other stakeholders via email/ phone
• Reconciliation of key bank accounts
• Groundwork for bank account reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve bank reconciliation differences
• Administer bank downloads and complete control checks
• Involved with month-end routines including posting of journals
• Raising purchase orders for banking services
• Investigate chargebacks with banks and stores
• Verifying and raising payment requests
• Cover and support for Banking Supervisor
• This is a part time role and the workinmg hours are 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday.
