Responsibilities - Main Duties
- Welcome prospective parents and handle initial enquiries, managing reception & front house to ensure quality customer service.
- Plan and organise events with senior leadership and the parent council.
- Handle ADEK complaints and ensure resolutions with pastoral & SLT teams in a timely manner.
- Manage reception staff, assign tasks, and maintain intake area staffing and tidiness.
- Report weekly to the OM with administration feedback.
- Serve as the central point of contact for parents and liaison between parents and staff.
