            Job Responsibilities  Provide immediate and professional medical care for work-related injuries, illnesses, and emergency situations on-site. 
Act as the first responder during medical emergencies, including administering first aid, CPR, and other life‑saving interventions. 
Conduct initial medical assessments and determine the severity of injuries or conditions. 
Arrange and coordinate timely transfer of injured personnel to appropriate off-site healthcare facilities where necessary. 
Maintain accurate records of all medical incidents, treatments administered, and follow‑up actions. 
Ensure proper maintenance, availability, and readiness of medical equipment and supplies on-site. 
Support the implementation of workplace health and safety policies, including emergency response plans. 
Conduct health screenings, basic medical checks, and health awareness initiatives for site personnel.
