This is a highly interactive role with the medical community, witnesses, legal staff, etc. Workers comp experience necessary. Very competitive compensation and benefit package.

Partial summary:

• Work up the case, including a file summary and recommendations for the attorney.
• Meet regularly with the attorney to discuss and agree upon an action plan for each case.
• Do selective legal and medical research.
• Develop medicals:, obtain existing medial reports, local medical experts, draft medical summaries.
• Interview witnesses, take statements and prepare witnesses for hearings.
