What the role is: We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the National Heritage Board, to provide support to the NHB’s Legal Division in delivering efficient and high-quality legal services. You will be reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel and assist with research, contract management and administrative support across a range of matters, as well as attend to queries on the use of Singapore’s National Symbols.
What you will be working on: - (Application of Law) Supporting the NHB Legal Division with conducting legal research on statutes, regulations and caselaw
- (Contract Advisory & Management) Reviewing and proofreading of basic legal agreements (MOUs, Loan Agreements, Addendums, Gift Agreements, Contest Terms & Conditions, etc)
