This position requires the following skills and attributes:
Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience with strong academic or technical foundations.
Possess one to two years of full-time legal experience, primarily supporting litigation and contracts activities. Ideal candidate has experience in both areas, but company will train, as needed
Demonstrate working knowledge of civil litigation processes, immigration procedures, and legal documentation standards.
Apply understanding of contract documents, contract concepts, and agreement lifecycle management.
Exhibit strong drafting, editing, and proofreading skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Communicate clearly and professionally through written and verbal correspondence.
Work collaboratively with internal clients and legal team members at all organizational levels.
