Description
Our client, a successful law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to support legal work related to trusts and estates/probate in Pittsford, New York. This role is well suited for someone with at least two years of experience who can manage documents, coordinate case activity, and assist attorneys with accuracy and discretion. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling sensitive client matters in a legal environment.


Role: Paralegal (Probate/Trusts and Estates)

Location: Pittsford, NY (directly outside of Rochester)

Schedule: Hybrid (5 days in office first 90 days, then 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience)


Responsibilities:

+ Assisting our attorneys primarily in the probate and administration of decedents’ estates, including administration of trusts.

+ You will be preparing documents and filing documents with Surrogate’s Court.
