The Paralegal provides critical support to the Legal Department; it helps navigate growing volume and intricacy of legal work brought about by the company’s expanding operations. This role demands precision, organization and the ability to break down complex legal matters into clear, actionable insights—whether through executive briefs, visual aids, or summaries—to aid timely and sound decision-making. Beyond research and reporting, the Paralegal takes an active role in drafting and managing legal documents, overseeing contract workflows, tracking regulatory submissions, and providing research-backed input on key legal issues, most especially in labor, environmental, corporate law, and more, relative to the company’s operations.
