Key Responsibilities
Ability to review/analyze and summarize medical records and add relevant dates/information to the medical chronologyPrepare answers to Discovery with client contactPrepare discovery motions (Motions to Extend Discovery, Motion to Compel Discovery and Motion Dismiss Complaint for Plaintiff's Failure to Provide Discovery)Experience reviewing Plaintiff's Answers to InterrogatoriesSchedule and coordinate IME's for plaintiffResearch (Westlaw preferred) and other online sourcesAssist in retention of experts with experience in dealing with outside vendors
