Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Acts as point of contact for incoming inquiries to the Legal Department by phone or email and arranges for handling and/or escalation accordingly.
Supports General Counsel, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Director – Legal & Administration with a variety of day-to-day administrative duties, such as coordinating meetings and managing calendar and preparing agendas or presentations.
Obtains pertinent information and performs preliminary research to prepare responses for inquiries.
Maintains, organizes and tracks corporate and legal records in paper or electronic form; makes notifications and/or coordinates requests for documents for litigation holds.
Assists with prelitigation and litigation matters including but not limited to conducting factual research, case management and drafting and issuing legal preservation notices.
