Provide legal and administrative support to the Company’s Legal and Compliance Unit.
Maintain the Legal Team’s paper and electronic files and records using management tools.
Facilitate end-to-end management of all contracts.
Monitor the progress of contracts, and ensure that all internal and external documents are accurate and well-maintained.
Prepare and update inventory of contracts and agreements of the Company.
Liaise with Senior Management and External Counsels, when necessary.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
What You Need To Succeed In This Role
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree of a relevant 4-year course.
At least 2 years of work experience as a corporate paralegal in a bank (corporate housekeeping: taking minutes, organizing, safekeeping and tracking documents, etc).
