About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal to support our patent filing and prosecution activities. This role works closely with in house counsel, outside counsel, inventors, and global IP teams to ensure high quality, timely and international patent filings.



Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file provisional, non provisional, continuation, and divisional applications.

• Coordinate formal documents, including declarations, assignments, and powers of attorney.

• Support PCT and foreign national phase filings and maintain accurate records in IP docketing systems.

• Manage USPTO and foreign filing deadlines, docket updates, and reporting.

• Assist with IDS preparation, office action management, and inventor/outside counsel communications.
