Role Overview

The Corporate Paralegal will support the Legal Department in managing corporate governance, entity maintenance, documentation, and compliance for our U.S. and international subsidiaries. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in handling corporate legal matters in a fast-paced, global environment.
