Job Description:
Pay Range: $24hr - $28hr
Duties:
Intake and review consumer complaints. Mediate complaints and/or refer patters of illegal behavior for attorney review. Assist attorneys with affirmative investigations, including drafting consumer affirmations and collecting and reviewing evidence. Assist with responding to FOIL requests regarding consumer files and document handling. Conduct public outreach, including tabling events. Prefereed Education: Bachelors Degree.
